• Local Data:Your daily calorie logs remain on your device and are permanently deleted if you uninstall the App or clear the App's local data.
• Server Data: We retain your email (if provided) and Device ID only for as long as your account is active.
• Your Right to Delete: You can request the complete deletion of your account directly within the App by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by contacting us at admin@calorielens.org. Upon request, all server-side data associated with your device or email is permanently erased immediately.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request the erasure of your personal data. Because we do not store health data on our servers, our legal basis for processing your operational data (like Device ID and email) is the necessity to perform our contract with you (delivering the App's features and managing limits). 7.US Privacy Rights (CCPA & COPPA)

• California Residents: Under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal data is collected and request its deletion. We do not sell your data.
• Children's Privacy: CalorieLens is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
